AUSTRALIA SHIPPING - DOMESTIC
- Shipping is FREE where the total order value of items is A$80 and over (delivery 3-7 business days)
- Orders with a total value below $80 will attract a total order shipping cost of A$10 (delivery 3-7 business days)
- Express Post is available for a fee of A$24.75 (delivery 1-3 days)
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
- Shipping is FREE where the total order value of items is A$125 and over (delivery 5-10 business days)
- Standard shipping is available for a flat fee of A$20.00 (delivery 5-10 business days)

Charley Boutique wants you to be totally happy with your shoes but we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right and we're happy to help fix it.
We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order. Please be sure to keep a record of your return tracking information.
In order to generate your return label, add the RETURN LABEL product to your cart, fill in the address that you are sending from and complete the purchase of $7.85. Once you have done this, you'll receive an email with your label in 48 hours or less.
All returned items receive a credit note which can be used to purchase another pair in a different size or colour or to purchase a totally different pair.
